Is it normal that i have darker underarms and darker groin?

Hey Guys! I will try and keep it simple. I am a healthy guy free of any kind of disease(skin infection etc etc..). But I have darker armpits and a relatively darker groin region as compared to my skin. I know it is normal for the armpits and groin region to be a little darker than rest of the body skin tone but Mine are way much darker. I am concerned that it will affect my sex life :( (yes I am still a virgin). Should I go see a skin doctor? What do you guys think? Am I concerned more on this issue than normal people? Help!
P.S. I am 23 years old !

    Hey, I think you would feel better hearing it from a dermatologist, but this is most likely not a problem. Good luck with your diagnosis and also your sex life.

    I have a friend who is 1/16 Chinese and the rest Irish and he has a dark wang as a result.
