Just the other day I was fishing on a peer and I could not stop farting, there was lots of people around and my farts were not quiet.
Normal. I've been able to deal with ruminating over the past with mindfulness meditation.
Sometimes I think back to things I've done and physically flinch. I never dwell on them though so as long as you don't let them drag you down I'd say it's fine
I am wondering if these intrusive memories have a common theme. There is nothing wrong with being lewd and crude. In fact, it often helps other people get over their stifling pettiness.

My guess is that your diet is probably not great or you're not breathing properly, or both. For the latter, make sure breathe through your nose and never through your mouth. Mouthbreathing is 100% going to kick in your high stress, flight-or-fight response.
This is the sort of state that those intrusive memories thrive in.
