Is it normal that i have cold hands?

My hands are always colder than the rest of my body. I dont really feel the difference myself, but when i touch someones arm with my hands they jump and say im freezing and if i touch someone with any other part of my body like my arm its normal. The difference in temperature is right at my wrist.

    Poor circulation in the hands? Are you a smoker? It causes vasoconstriction and poorer blood flow...just a thought. Also there is a condition called "renauds" - that's how it sounds I don't know how to spell it though.

    my hands are always cold and sweaty all the time. its really annoying >:( but a lot of people have cold hands
