Is it normal that i have bumps on my arms?

For a really long time, I've had these little bumps on my arms. When I stand back, they make my arm look red, like I have a rash or poison ivy. Each bump is about 2/3 the size of a freckle. Is this normal? Is there any way to cure this?

It's just you. And by that I mean it is one of those things that makes you - you. I have them too and I find nutrition and moisture to be the key to keeping them under control. Do they get worse in the winter or when your skin is dry?
Try using a (natural) lotion, drinking lots of water, and eating foods high in good fats. Almonds are a great snack for healthy skin.
Unsaturated fats help keep our skin healthy and when we make the mistake of eating the typical American diet or going on a diet we run the risk of throwing our body all out of balance.
McDonald's is not food. Food does not come out of windows, boxes, bags, and cans. Food comes in peels, rinds, and bunches. Real food has color, texture, flavor, and is good for you. You can eat as much real food as you want.
NOT-Food, processed food products, and sodas make our skin do weird things and lead to diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.

Eczema. Easily cured with a prescription lotion.

It's called kerotosis. It's a build up of protien. You can keep it under control by exfoliating or try microdermabrasion at a dermetologist, medical spa, or regular spa.

it's some type of dermatitis. you need to make an appointment with a dermatologist. they can probably give you something to make it go away.

I've got them too, I haven't found anything that helps-the dermatologist gave me some kind of scrub years ago, but that didn't help either. I've got it on my cheeks too. My sister has them so maybe it's genetic? I find myself picking at them when I'm bored/nervous. I'd say normal, and let me know if you find anything that helps.
