Is it normal that i have an innie and an outie bellybutton?

I have a weird bellybutton....I can actually take it out and then it pops back in. I was just wondering if anyone else has this.

    I don't think that is your bellybutton. It sounds like you have a hernia. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hernia

    Sounds kind of strange. I wish it made a noise when it did it though.
