I have acne on my butt and I think it's gross. I want to do something about it but I always forget I have it until I check it.
Go see a gynecologist, it's normal and there's nothing to be ashamed of, they see that everyday
Are you sure it's acne? Are you sure it's not a rash And that you're allergic to something?
This was posted almost 2 years ago but if its any consolation, I do too. Maybe we have sas. Sweaty ass syndrome.
You might be allergic to the material of underwear you're wearing. (check your bum again, might actually be a rash)
I've heard ppl say they have it in their back & that getting in the tanning bed helps so I'm sure it might help with that!
Okay don't feel bad. It is normal but that doesn't mean your gonna feel good about it. I happen to have a skin disorder called Keratosis Pilaris you sound like you may have it too. You can look it up but it basically means that your skin produces to much keratin (Keratin is a white substance that lines hair follicles to keep out germs) and it blocks the hair follicles. They look and feel like zits but bottom line is those aren't zits they are blocked follicles and that is not pus it is keratin. Your first step should be scubbing and ex foliating the area. If that doesn't clear it up go to the doctor and ask for Retin-A it completely cured me.
Just use an acne wash on your bum when you shower. It'll clear up. Also sit to Cotten undies.
