Is it normal that i have a sick mind?

Im always thinking of either the most perverted things, pretty much anything my friends say turns into something sexual in my mind and I start laughing. And im always thinking about "blood and guts" and dark stuff, anything twisted, sick, gross, perverted, painful, etc.
is it normal that those are most of my thoughts?
