Is it normal that i have a sexual fixation on skirts and dresses?

This may take a bit to explain. I don't enjoy wearing them myself, or have any sort of trans type desires. I am a heterosexual man, but I have an intense obsession with the specific clothes that women choose to wear. Specifically, I love it when a conventionally attractive, feminine looking woman mostly goes out in jeans and the like, and had a bit of a low maintenance "one of the guys attitude" while still maintaining her feminine charm. I like it when she goes out in a casual skirt or dress every once in awhile to keep me guessing. If the woman is obviously masculine looking , then I'm not interested, and if she's Barbie doll looking and wears dresses all the time then I'll find her hot, not not get overly excited like when I see the type of women I mentioned above.

I'm really attracted to the WWE women's wrestler Becky Lynch. She does have big muscles for a woman, but not overly so. She has some nice feminine features, but she usually wears pants or shorts. When she does wear the occasional dress or skirt I find it really hot. I know its normal to find dresses hot, but I'm obsessed. I'm more likely to jerk off to women wearing skirts/dresses than I am to naked images or bikinis.
