Is it normal that i have a rash on my penis?

and its kind of like a tiny bubbles on it, like pimples/acme on it, it dont hurt or anything it just sits there. i am afarid even to touch it. i feel like high school all over again, oh it might help but i just recently moved to texas from new york.

    I had a rash, more just red patch down there, think it was humidity, used vinegar and salt in water, went away in a few days. Keep it dry down there, use talcum powder if you have to. Humidity and constantly moving ow walking a lot is not our friend.

    I had something similar once years ago- it cleared up after a few days. Does you GF use spermicide? See a dermatologist.

    it will go away, just wash down there more often, might be bed bugs causing it too
