Is it normal that i have a rash on my breasts/ upper chest?

I have a rash on my upper chest/ breasts and its not itchy ot painful in any way, its just... there. the rash is just many extremly small bumps that cover my breasts. ive had it since i was about 12 and the bumps only get pink and itchy in warm wheather. is this normal?

    sounds like eczema...you should probably have a doctor look at it...he could give you some cream to get rid of it...

      no... my mom has ecxema on her hands and it doesnt look any thing like that. the bumps are way smaller and they dont look like mutant pimples like the stuff on my moms hands.
