Is it normal that i have a lump under my nipple?

I'm an 18 year old guy, and for quite a few years I've had a big lump under my left nipple, sometimes it seems like there's more than one and sometimes it's smaller than normal or bigger, so basically the size changes and stuff. Anyway it makes the left side of my chest protrude more than the right so it looks like I have some weird moob. So could it be cancer because it's been there so long surely I would have died by now or something if it WAS cancer. I realise how stupid I sound but yeah any help is appreciated.

      Yes. Go to the doctor.

Men can also get breast cancer.

Is it painful? If not, it's probably nothing to worry about. I had one show up when I was twelve or so. I think it was because I injured it when I was raking leaves...

I know that sounds weird, but somehow I tripped and the end of the rake hit me in the nip really hard.

it may not be a sickness. maybe this is something genetic.

to consider the other possiblity, here's some advice:
when the body is alkaline it resists disease. look up alkaline-acid diet.

  • I hope that it's not cancer but it looks like it. Lumps are a huge factor in breast cancer and like angel in a glass dress said, men can get breast cancer too.

If you're still going through puberty it's Memel. I had the same thing when I was younger, but in both sides. The doctor said it was very common and normal. There is a chance it could be something more so I would also digest seeing a doctor just for peace of mind.
