It depends on WHY you're having sex with all these people, but I think you answered the question yourself. You said you feel empty and it's your way of filling the void. I got news, you'll never fill the void that way and you'll just create more faceless, desensitized sexual acts. That in turn will make you feel even worse down the line, when you realize you have nothing to show for all the women you've been spending time with. It's common for each of us to "medicate" ourselves with something when we are unhappy about something. Some drink, some over eat, some gamble, some use drugs. Others use sex.
Find out what's making you unhappy and confront it. What do you really need? On an additional note, you might be seeing women who could be loving, caring lifetime partners, and right now, you're probably not in the position to recognize that so they might be getting "thrown away."
Consensual adult sex is fine. But this sounds empty to you. If you keep feeling empty, stop hurting them and you. Talk to someone about this.

You obviously want affection and are trying to get it through sex. which is probably why you're feeling so empty. meaningless sex won't fill that gap. You don't have to stop having sex or anything like that. But try spending time with loved ones more often. Or find a steady gf that you care about. If you have a good loving gf that you care about and you still feel empty and have the need for many sexual partners you have a problem.

I think if you hit 50 by the time you're thirty, then you should maybe get some help (psychological help).

It's been my experience in life; that people who have slept with more than that, who are still in their twenties, are really F'd-up people. Especially when it comes to parts of their lives that don't include sex.

I guess it is not that I'm empty but rather full of everything. I have my own house, car, job, I come from a wealthy family so early on I had anything I wanted at my disposal.
