Is it normal that i have a lot of mucus/phlegm coating my throat?

I don't know how long it's been there, but I am currently too aware of how I always clear my throat of the excess mucus it has. It's become really annoying, as I am clearing my throat noisily all the time. I was wondering if this is an issue, or if it's normal. Thank you.

Oh, and if you pick "No", please comment an explanation.

You could have allergies or it could be something else, but go to a doctor to find out why.

I am the same way. It could be your sinuses/allergies.
Have you tried coughing up and spitting out the phlegm?

I would recommend seeing a doctor about it.

    First off, thanks for sharing.

You don't need to see a Doctor just go to the Pharmacy there are plenty of over the counter remidies that work just fine.

Really??? Your first time at the chemist lad?

Just tell em you got Phlegm. The products they have in your part of the world will be different because I'm from the greatest country in the world "STRALYA"!!!!

You might just benefit from an anti bacterial mouth wash and just drink lot's of water through out the day.

But don't waste time and money going to a Doctor.
