I have for a long time had a strong desire to be castrated and nullified (have my penis removed). I hate my testicles and penis.     There is so much in this post. I'd like to address these points one by one.

    A desire for castration and nullification is not an uncommon occurrence. It of course is the desire for many transgender individuals, and also is somewhat niche but still in the tens of thousands i would estimate as a fantasy many have in the bdsm community. Although this sounds like neither of these apply to this specific case, simply wanting that is not at all odd.

    Sex and porn addictions are overwhelmingly common, and deserve help not scorn. It is an addiction if it is impeding on your ability to enjoy life. Because you word it as you "can't go a day without" it, I assume this is the case but I'm not sure.

    As for having multiple partners while in a marriage, this is something both married people, as well as the others should know about. Although that is neither here nor there now as she has found out.

    I can imagine it would be even harder to tell her with it also being an opening up of your own sexuality, and having that need to happen under a circumstance that she will reject because her trust was broken.

    Here I think it could be one of two things.
    The first is she simply is upset about being cheated on.
    The second being that she is herself to a degree homophobic.
    More likely I think it is mostly the first but perhaps a combination, I have never met her.

    I would suggest you seek help regarding your addictions and marriage as castration and nullification are irreversible procedures, and there may be underlying problems that this "quick fix" won't even solve.

    You may even want to have a go at chastity (I have and I kind of really enjoy it) you could even get your wife to hold the keys for you then that way she can keep you locked up for as long as she wants to, but you will still have your cock and balls all be it under the wife's full control (oh how I wish that would happen to me)
