    If it's red dry and itchy it may be ringworm. This is actually a fungal infection and can be cured with special cream you can buy from the pharmacy. It's pretty common.

    It might be a parasite or the least likely cause, it's from Fire cupping but you would know if you went to fire cupping sessions. You must go a doctor before the condition worsens.
