Is it normal that i hate when people drive without there lights on

When it's raining outside and I'm driving on the freeway, it's really annoying when I see people without there lights on. I don't know why it just botheings me and I feel they should and they don't

    I always flash my lights at them hoping they will notice and check their own lights. It's dangerous

    In Canada, it is manditory to have daytime running lights in vehicles. They have been made that way since 1990.

      I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and I have a car from Canada that has that feature and I love it!
