I hate watching tv or movies with my mom. She is always asking questions and talking during the show. It drives me nuts and I really want to know if it's normal.
Normal. My mum likes to end each scene with a summary of what we just watched, and it drives me up the freaking wall.
Yeah last movie I watched with my mom was Apocalypto and she kept chanting with the tribal people.
I dislike watching movies or tv shows with my parents as well. I really just want to see what's on tv without being asked "who's that" or "what did he just say?" Anyways, I think you're normal.

Me too. Mine is always discussing how one of the actors have ugly teeth, or annoying voice. I really dislike that.
Same here. She never shuts up! Also when she sees a scene she feels uncomfortable with she just starts freaking out asking why I watch things like this..It makes me feel like a freak even though it's just some simple movie. Now when I watch a movie and she walks in I just move to another room. It's not worth it.
My mom hates kissing or intimate scenes. She would go on and on critize the director, the writer, the actors, the culture etc. I was feeling like I was watching pornography films. That’s why I rather watch movies in real theaters than at home.
