Is it normal that I hate the popular girls? They make me angry, I hate the way they talk, dress and gossip. I also hate how they use drugs/drink and think they're better than everyone else. Also I hate how they're brats and get treated better.
They never had those in my school. Heck, we didn't even have separate social groups, Preps, hipsters, cheerleaders, rich, poor, rockers, nerds, hip hop people, and whatever else all hung out together without any kind problems.
You should watch Romy & Michele's High School Reunion. Apart from giving (a tiny amount of) insight, it's really, really funny.

We don't have those in my school. But I know of girls who are like that and they're are very, very, again, very, annoying to be around. I just avoid people like that.
Totally normal. I don't hate all popular girls, because that's just labeling them all the same. Some are nice. But most are stuck up whores.
Ugh. There are like three of those in total at my college, and every male student ever wants to have/has had sex with them. It really pisses me off. I don't like hanging around on campus any longer than I have to.

Yeah, it's normal, but you should probably chill out. If they're being awful to you, it's normal to dislike them, but if you just don't like the way they talk and dress or what they do in their free time, that seems pretty rude and judgemental.
I never really paid attention to any of the popular people in high school, so I really wouldn't know.
I never understood the whole "popular girl" thing. They didn't have those in my high school.
