Is it normal that i hate the new teen titans?

Alright, so for some reason, cartoonnetwork bursts in and ducks everything around... I'm even more bummed for the creators agreeing to sell it. I've watched around 4 episodes and it's pretty ducky. All the animations are mixed around, combat now sucks, there's no story at all, the characters looked like they were rejected from Disney, the characters personalities are ducked up as well, and nothing makes sense. They made this the opposite of the original, except everybody's liking it... Did the OG have a tad more drama? Yeah, but its partially what made the OG, the OG! So, is it normal this reducked version of the once great TV show/anime, wants to make me strangle a duck, rob a convent store, kill Mario, and make me have a sudden hate against ducks?

    It's not supposed to be the same show, it's supposed to be a funnier more lighthearted. It's not as good as the original, but I still watch it.

    I don't know how I feel about it. I've watched a few episodes. Some were terribly boring and some were funny. It seems like Teen Titans Go is meant for a much younger audience than the Teen Titans from a decade ago.

    Yes its normal, Teen Titans Go just seems a bit dumb to me( I know its aimed at a younger audience but still)

    I watched it a few times. My sisters likes this show so much. I don't feel anything about it. Its kinda childish type.

    I really like the original series but the new version is extremely hit and miss. Some episodes are better than others but it's not consistently on. IMO it's more like a gonzo Seinfeld version of the show ("a show about nothing"). It definitely lost its edge and replaced it with silliness.

    There's a new group of people running the show who took a lot of liberty with the characters, adding tons of fanservice and even allowing the voice actors to freely ad-lib their roles.

    The positive I see is that the voice cast, who are surprisingly close in real life, record in the same studio. You can tell they work well with one-another, unlike other shows that usually record one person at a time.

    Otherwise, a huge meh. I think of it as a show like "Soul Eater Not", a "companion" series that is meant to be vastly different from the original.

    I've seen it while flipping thru channels and honestly it looks cute/pretty more than half the other crap they put on there.

      Same. They looked like they'd rather be on a child fetish channel. Cartoonnetwork is amazing, I watch all the other channels even though I'm 20. It's more entertaining than half the other stuff on tv, besides Nat Geo, and Chopped.
