Is it normal that I hate tans, and love being ghost pale? I just think it's a waste of time to lay out in the sun or pay to go to a tanning bed to get a certain color? I think people with natural tans look beautiful (Asians, Spanish, etc) but these Caucasian girls with bleach blonde hair look ridiculous with tans. Anyone agree?
How ridiculous are those orange spray on tans, and these people are completely oblivious to it, I live in south Africa and I see alot of perfect tans but some of the people just go completely overboard

I'm naturally light skinned, but I like to be slightly suntanned. Spray-on tans look ridiculous though. Have you seen Snooki from Jersey Shore? lol, she looks orange.
You'll always have healthy skin and will be unlikely to get skin cancer, that has to be a good thing!

I like pale skin and are pale, but I can't help but getting slight tans from being out.
A light tan can be nice if someone has just come back from a warm holiday. It gives them a bit of a glow. Generally, I'm more a fan of paler skin, though. The paler, the better.
I hate fake tans, I wish I could tan I work outside and all I do is burn. Natural tans are nice even tanning beds do good jobs, but those spray on tans look horrible
I agree with everything, but "Caucasian" isn't a good name for people with white skin. (Going by the borders of Caucasia, this land includes people with black skin.)
Otherwise, I just love a woman with lily white skin contrasted by black hair.
You know they make self tanner that looks nice and glowy... Stop fussing self tanner, you think all models sunbathe? No
Omg I didn't think anyone liked pale skin....I can't tan at all, so I have just given up on it...plus I've figured out there's no point in going and laying out in the sun just to get skin cancer later on in life and have ugly skin.
I think fake tans look worse than being pale, being pale sometimes looks good, & natural tans look good. Which makes sense b/c looks are related to health & fake tans cause cancer.
I naturally get tan when I'm on the beach, but I hate those fake tans that make you look orange. Its true that either way, it is a risk for skin cancer, and you're probably gonna have beautiful skin when you're 60. :)
Erm hang on. Im white and have on occasion got a spray tan. Ill admit these times were as a test because i was working at a spray tan place (as i had a beauty room of my own) I hate putting on fake tan or having a spray tan i will do anything to avoid it. I am a light olive colour but when i get in the sun i tan easily, especially on holiday. I love having a tan.. (a natural tan more than anything) but if its a special occasion i will put on fake tan. Just because people are caucasian doesn't mean we look stupid with a frickin tan.

I do agree though, I prefer pale natural skin to a tan. Unless it comes naturally by just being outside and doing activities. Spending hours baking and sleeping under the sun for a tan, it's not my thing.
