Is it normal that i hate snow

I really dislike snow. I live in Ohio and, yes, it is snowing as I write this. I never get violent about it or anything, I just groan when I see it.
I do have a few reasons why I hate it, though

1. If it snows that means it's cold. And I also hate the cold. I extremely dislike being outside in the cold and do get a little annoyed when I must be out in the snow/cold.

2. I also hate shoveling. Mostly because of reason 1

3. I have to wait for the bus every morning, so I have to walk out in it (and excuse me for sounding so girly and vein) so I feel like I'm wreaking my shoes.

4. Driving in it is horrible. I don't drive yet, but when I'm in the car I some times feel a though we are going to crash. Especially when people seem even more stupid and dangerous when it snows.

I also think of it as a lose/lose situation. It's so ugly when there isn't enough to cover to grass that pokes up. If there is enough to cover the grass, then that means it must be shoveled and I have a long driveway.
I would like to move someplace warmer that gets little or no snow, but that probably won't happen for another 10 years (I'm only 15 at the moment xP). Snow does not affect my love for Christmas and my family, though. So, is it normal I hate snow?

    The world isn't built for you alone. I love snow and hate hot, humid weather. When it's hot and humid, you may be happy. When it snows, I am happy. That's how it works. Sometimes other people are happy.

    By this time of year everyone is sick of it. Especially after that warm period we just had last week...
    Spring is almost here though!
    Then you can bitch about the heat.

    YESSSS IT IS SOO NORMAL. I live in northeast Ohio and the snow is horrid. I saw 2 wrecks on my way to school this morning bc of snow.

    Snow is a very complex matter. It falls from a magical land of snow fairies who spit snowflakes from their nostrils and the crazy wind god Tina blows the wind down to earth. And when a snowflake lands on your head you have a gift from Tina and the snow fairies. It's an honor and a delight to have a snowflake bestowed upon you. Take pride in that and look forward to snow you asshole.

    I love snow! Here in texas it only snows once every few years. When it does everyone is outside playin and stuff. But sadly a fw hours later it comlpletly melted and hot outside:(

    Think positive :)
    1.Snow covered trees and environments look cool :)

    2.Snowball fights are awesome :)

    3.Watching it snow is kinda magical... like watching thousands of little tiny white stars slowly, but carefully lowering themselves to the ground as they lay a cover of a soft and smooth white blanket on the surroundings :)

    4. Snowboarding, Skiing, sleighing (yeeeeey) :)

    5. Freezing outside is what makes it so much more beautiful to return to our warm homes and family again afterwards, the cold makes people appreciate more what they have: homes, families, a warm cup of tea etc.

    6. Watching people slip and slide is kinda funny :D

    ..... what I`m saying is that Winter and Snow are a beautiful in so many ways, you just have to open your eyes and change your point of view, because by changing the way we look at things, the things change themselves.... and oppressing these joys and complaining you don`t benefit at all, my dear friend :D

      1)snow is ugly it ends up grey to black anywhere people go, or ice

      2)no they are not

      3)have u ever seen snow? they do not look like stars its like dust, cold dust that either melts it instinct it hits something or u have to move later early in the morning

      4)NO, just no

      5)if u have such waiting for you(if ur older then 7 u wont, and its hot chocolate not tea) u will still be wet,

      6)yes, concussions are fun, elderly not leaving home great, and doing it urself always fun, and then seeing cars doing it even better

      you have been watching to many christmas movies; and dont see snow every year for months at a time, never seen blackice, never had anyone u know break a bone on ice

      HATE SNOW!!

    You sound like a city boy. Most of your problems stem from inappropriate dress. They invented this thing called insulation a few thousand years ago. You wear it on your body and it traps heat next to your skin. Try it, it works. As long as you are warm blooded. You are a mammal, aren't you? As for your shoes being "wreaked", you should be wearing insulated, water-repellent winter boots and a pair of thick wool socks, not shoes.

    If only it were so ridiculously easy to deal with the miserable, oppressive heat and nasty sweat and clouds of insects that come with summer, I wouldn't have to suffer from depression for 1/3 of the year.

    I love snow. Since you're 15, may I advise you ensure everything is aligned with your grades so that when the time comes you can apply for colleges in warmer climates.
