Is it normal that i hate pregnant teenagers?

I go to a semi small high school. We tend to have at least 2 pregnant students all year round. I don't necessarily hate the girls who become pregnant, but just the way they act/behave. They prance around bragging about how much they are the luckiest, how they'll take complete charge, and so on. When in reality most (and I mean most) will have the burden be passed on to their parents. These parents are, and will be the people who not only now have to take care of their children, but now their children's children as well.

This makes you a bad being 5

    Yes, it's normal.
However, it's important to understand that for most of these girls, and I know many very personally, their self esteem is shot. Gone. They hate themselves. Every bad thing people think about them, they think about themselves. So they prance and dance and try to make themselves feel better about it when the reality is that the ones that are smart enough to understand the consequences know that the next few years of their life will be struggle. Struggle with an uncooperative father, struggle to pay bills and feed the kids that they weren't ready to have.

The ones who don't understand are hit in the face by reality that much harder. Some teens make great parents but a great deal more are overwhelmed. That time in your life is a time to find your identity and your potential and it's damaging for many of them to go to being Mom before they even know who Mom is.

Just sit back. Smile and nod. Most of them realize the gravity of the situation at some point.

Well, they shouldn't be fucking around and getting pregnant while they're still in school in the first place.

Yes, they should drop out first, then get pregnant.

Or wait with all the fucking until they're older and more mature (capable of taking care of a child) and don't have such a huge responsibility to themselves. (their education)

Not really, but sarcasm doesn't carry well over text, so I didn't want to leave any ambiguity.

If these girls had parents who nurtured their self esteem, then they wouldn`t need to get pregnant to try & prove to themselves & everybody else that they have some worth.

  • I feel the same way about a few teens. They lost their attention when they lost that belly so they like to brag about their "maturity" on Facebook.

I read it but I don't think it made me cry. The upsetting thing for me was that this isn't entirely rare. Some people are just mentally fucked and hardly see those children they popped out as human beings. The system fails, people loom away and you have this.

My mother had me when she was 17 and she did not pass the burden onto my grandparents. She took care of me and raised me right, so fuck you.

If she "raised" you "right," you wouldn't be saying "fuck you."

Yes this is normal. I have felt this exact same way. It also bothers me that these girls get a free house/apartment at 16 to live with baby and bf. When my father kicked out my sibling and I when I turned 18, I could not find a job, and I got no sympathy or aid for this kind of thing. It would have been nice if I did. I believe we should stop paying women have children. Maybe spend money on fixing the homeless who did not choose to be. Not the ones who create their own problems.

    • I know a girl who recently had their kid, not only does she now have a small apartment for her, and her boyfriend, they have a car, she has already dropped out of high school, and Ive seen them around (mall, food joints, etc.) without baby. But of course online you see nothing else, but photos of "their" child. Such spoiled, irresponsible, teenage wannabe parents.

There is NOTHING on the face of the earth more disgusting and deserving of disdain than single mothers (except dogs). In some high-crime neighborhoods, there are signs reading: "Victim of a crime? Thank a single mother!" Single mothers are the bain of society. All they know how to do is spread their legs and produce kids they can't adequately care for or control and their sons turn out to be thugs and criminals and their daughters are whores just like their mothers.

I was helping my brother and sister-in-law chaperone a teenage party one night just before Christmas and when some girls arrived, the boys would start yelling "Ho! Ho! Ho!" I finally asked my nephew what was going on and he said that was their way of saying the girl who walked in was a whore. I asked about one particular girl and asked how he knew she was a whore and he said, "All single mothers are whores!" and all the other boys agreed with him.
