Is it normal that i hate my sister?

Well, this is my story: I'm 17 and my sister is 21. Her best friend is 22 and when we met we liked each other from the very beginning. We begin a "relation" furtively of my family and one day I decided to tell my sister because I did not want to hide it anymore.

For my surprise she got pretty angry and she made a whole drama about it!!! She prohibited us to see or to speak until I turn18! she says that he's not good for me and she wants a "prince" for me, but if he's a "bad guy" why are they friends?

We last 7 months and it was the best days of my life, I love him and he loves me but we can not understand why my sister is so angry about it!

My relationship with my sister is not good, she tries to make my life impossible! She tries to live through her life across mine! and she tells me who I should date and who doesn't! I had enough already but I don't know if she is trying to do the best for me or if she's jealous or something :S

So, is it normal that I have started hating my sister? :S

    You're underage. So yes she's not wrong to tell you to wait until you're 18.

    You might hate her for "ruining" your fun but... if he's really the man for you then he will wait until you're legal for him.

    Either that or she knows more about him than you realize, especially since you may be looking at him with lovestruck vision.

      Haven't the slightest clue why you got thumbs downed for this.

      OP sounds pretty immature, her sister making "a whole drama" about a 22 year old dating an underaged teenager and telling her that she can't see him until she is 18, not that she can't see him period actually sounds like her older sister is looking out for her and being a good adult =/ I feel worse for her sister here.

    Well I'd be pissed off too if I brought a good friend to my home and my sister starts a relationship with him, it's like you're stealing him away from her.

    Sounds to me like she likes her best friend. Why would you date your sister's best friend, regardless of age? There's a high chance she'll have feelings for him. She might hate you too... and it would be justified because you went behind her back to go out with the guy she liked to spend time with. It's partially his fault too though.

      well the thing is she HAS a boyfriend, they've been dating a year 1/2, so I really don't know what to do that's why I post this, and of course I feel bad, after all she is my sister but I don't get why she's doing this

        Ah, well that does make a difference. Maybe she likes them both, or maybe (like someone else said) she knows something you don't about him.

        You shouldn't hate your sister over a guy though. Either ask her why and go back out with him, or drop him and find someone new.

          Or maybe she knows something that her sister doesn't about him. Anyway OP have you asked your sister her reasons for this because that is the right thing to do. So go and get to the bottom of this.

            I only asked her once and she told me that he was old for me and that's it and then she started yelling at me and saying that I have to understand, but I really can't understand her reasons and I don't wanna ask her again, I'm pretty afraid of my sister :S

    Well, the good thing is, you are going to die. I'm not sure when, but you surely will die. You mention you tried to have her switched to a different nursing home, because the new name she got at the home she was in was Weeping red sunset, which is an ancient Navajo name that loosely translated means "she who walks around with open bedsores". First of all, how come she was in an Indian home, and second, why did you just "try" to move her. Why didn't you actually move her? See, I think the dealio is that the bedsores were bumming her out, and she just kinda checked herself out from being bummed. I dunno, but it seems that way... ,....as for you you sound like a jealous slugmonkey that thinks the world is entirely against her even though she does her very best to be a nice little princess who makes everyone but herself happy! Yeah...that's it. Tell ya what, a little less griping and jealousy, and a little more selfishness how about? Tell mary Jane hasitall to go fuck herself and her new car. Quit one of your jobs by taking a dump on the security cam in aisle 5 where the adult diapers are and spend more time flicking the bean. Have an orgasm or something that will make you shut the fuck up for at least 8 seconds. Get rid of your "old man", and by that I mean the old guy you're dating. He's a creepy perv. His name at the free clinic is Rectal Jim. Tell the side of your family that you don't like to suck farts out of a dead goat's ass and belch them back in each others faces, then if anyone says anything back to you punch them in the throat and say " so much for singing in the church choir this Sunday you bat fucking shitweasel!" That's what I'd do. Until you do something like that I must hate you.

      Well for your information I haven't been with him like that, I'm a lady and he respects me!!! If you don't have something good todo say I don't care! I'm here because I want to do the right thing and I'm completly lost and there are people that DO wanna help and believe me I DON'T CARE IF YOU HATE ME ;)
