Is it normal that i hate my friend but like the other

I have two best friends I met them last year, Now I have a problem, i hate or dislike one but adore the other one. The one I dislike or hate is Samantha, she zones out all the time and doesn't even listen when I talk which means I have to repeat my self,( this happens all the time and it is so frustrating), we made plans together to go see her aunties puppy because, I am dog lover and she invited me (my other friend was going on a holiday so she couldn't make it), and we decided that after we go see the puppy we would come back to my house for a sleep over as my parents are going out and it would be more convenient for her mum. So she says to me "I will ask my Aunty in advanced so she knows" . I found out today that she is going to see the puppy Tuesday, Wednesday and thursady, and I asked her "did you ask your Aunty about Saturday" and she texts me back" what's happening on Saturday", Like are you for f***ing for real dude, we discussed the plan 2 weeks ago and you can't even remember. You know what she probably wants the puppy all to her self, that greedy b**ch and now her parents are dropping her off at 4pm on Saturday, and I don't no if I should still let her come because that is why the whole reason she was coming over so it was easier for her mum, so then I asked her what about Sunday and she says "sorry my Aunty is busy I need to give her one or two weeks in advanced because she is really busy", is she f***ing serious right now, I am so mad at her, because we disccsed the plan 2 weeks ago which meant she has plenty of time and if she still comes over were going to be board out of our minds because we arranged the whole weekend around that visit, I had to revole my weekend around that and now it's not even happening.
WHAT DO I DO ABOUT THE WEEKEND AND ABOUT HER?
