Is it normal that i hate my figure?

I always comment on how I hate my thieghs or how my stomach looks. I don't think I look good on most bikinis and I really want to change all that but I think about it and I feel like if I try it would maybe just create muscle but not make them skinnier.

I used to complain to myself about this but I did something about it. A month in..all cellulite is gone. Quit making excuses and do something. Do you realize how many different exercise programs are out there that can just make you tone?

Women can be so hard on themselves. I think you are most likely more beautiful than you give yourself credit for.

Listen to Shackleford he is probably right.

Forget what society thinks and only try to appeal to yourself. You're beautiful, it's society that's the ugly one.

if you hate it, then do something to fix it.
of course, in a healthy way(e.g~eat healthy, stay active)

We are given an unrealistic expectation of how we should look. This has become a world where people tint their eyelashes in search of being "better".

But then, I guess the companies who sell us products to tint our eyelashes will continue to convince us it's important. I mean, they're not going to hamper their profits, are they?

I laugh at these excuses. You'd have to burn off the extra fat before you would see any muscle definition :o) So if you want to do something about it, then do. Otherwise, just love yourself as you are. You really shouldn't let other people know what annoys you about yourself, or they will use it to hurt you at a later date.

    Always hide your weakness.

Sadly, it's more than normal. It's so common that it can sometimes lead to disorders like anorexia nervosa. Really though, you're veiwing yourself too harhly. Focus on the things you love about yourself. Self-esteem is the key!
