Is it normal that i hate my family?

I live with my parents because I can't afford my own place, you can't even find a studio for less than a $1,000 where I live, plus I pay for college out of pocket.

They're very old fashioned in the sense that men can do & get away with anything. While my mother (who caters to this lifestyle) thinks that I have to do everything & can't get away with anything. They treat me like the black sheep for nothing yet my twin brother sleeps all day, watches tv all night & does nothing save for mow the lawn every so often, also my older brother who's been to jail, is an alcoholic & used her for years gets all the praise & worship.

I hate them, genuinely hate them, I could never see them again and be perfectly fine. Is this normal?

    Talk to your mum and tell her what annoys you. If she doesn't listen, move in with a friend or something and split the rent or something

      I've tried to talk to her, she shuts down and won't listen. Unfortunately my friends are all living with their significant others and well don't really even have time for me, let alone room for me to rent with them.
