Is it normal that i hate my ex-girlfriend with such strong emotions?

I now hate and have removed all contact with my ex-fiancée, whom I lost my virginity too, (She has been with over 100 men) - And I believed the passed was the passed, and I fell in love with her, we got our own place. My first place.

She cheated on me twice, with 2 men (that I know of) and many women. And now, after our break-up, I know she took another guys virginities and she's probably nearing over 150 men.

I know deep down I still love her, but when I think about the sort of person she is, I get so angry, my cheeks go red, I tear up, I clench my fists, and I just want to inflict pain on something. It's such strong anger!

    Hell nah bruh! She cheated twice! The saying goes..if a person makes a mistake 1nce its human..but to make da same mistake twice is character. Its prolly been more than that by the sound of your story. She luvs dick obviously. You have to think about this..this girl has had over 100 different size dicks! Prolly some pretty big ones too, so I don't blame you for not liking that. That's a helluva lotta guys. She's a certified ho/slut. I wudnt trust her.first id go to da clinic with that bitch to make sure she's clean. I undastand u have feelings for her but let that bitch disapear in ur memory.       2 years. Was my first girlfriend, I left home, I earned, I supported her, I got her a house, I moved states, etc.

        Hmm. Have you considered therapy? You need to deal with these things on your own time, of course, but talking to a professional about it might help you along. You're not a bad person or anything for still hating her, you're just dealing with some shit.

    Can't say I've ever been in a long term relationship, but yeah its normal, but I've had alot of friends come to me to vent their woes about long term exes.

    I know it's hard, but one thing you could try is to channel your emotions towards her differently. Instead of being angry at her, feel sorry for her. Why? She missed out on a once in a lifetime opportunity to be happy with a great guy like you.
