Is it normal that i hate my crazy family?

My family drives me up the wall. I am 25 and they all try to tell me how to live even the younger ones. They never believe a thing I say and treat me like I am retarded. They think that I should live how they want me too. I want to leave again. (I did when I turned 18 and didn't return til I was 22.) My friends treat me a lot better then they do. They always give me dirty looks and talk about me behind my back. I mentioned wanting to go to college and they laughed in my face. I need help. Please!!!

The only thing you can do to get away from their craziness is to move out again.

Don't hate your crazy family, they are what made you who you are. You should definitely moved out immediately though. Trust me, I have a crazy family that I could blame all my woes on for the rest of my life but that will get me no where, ever. I moved across the country when i was 19 with no destination or money, just to be out of there, and it is the best decision that I have ever made. I miss my crazy family now, and they are still crazy and making bad decisions but that does not effect me or my life anymore. Leave. You need to take charge of your life and not give it up for others to live. You might miss them someday, something about a couple thousand miles that makes people more lovable.

My parents are the same way, they are hypocritical about everything and everyone. They drove my sister into the very same position your into with their craziness. I would either suggest sitting down with them and having a long talk or take initiative with your life so they shut up.

25 is too old to still be hanging around with the family anyway. Time to go.

two words, GET OUT. They will not stop and you won't have any peace or freedom until you pack your bags and walk out the door. Financially it might not be the best of ideas, especially if you do want to go back to college but do it for your mental health.
