Is it normal that i hate it when people snap their fingers at me?

I absolutely hate it when people snap their fingers at me to get my attention, I think it's so rude, and it just makes my blood boil. Usually, when I'm annoyed I can hold my tongue, but when people do this, I can't resist the urge to say something, usually along the lines of "I'm not your dog" or "I'm not your slave." I just think it's so disrespectful, you snap your fingers to get an animal's attention to do something, not another human being. This is something that just burns me up, is it normal?

    yes , it auctully is a rude gester . n its annoying when poeple get in your face and do that

    Ya. I've never had that done to me. But from what I've seen it's just a blatant disregard for the person getting snapped at. Kinda like they're a dog and your master is snapping at you to do something correct.
