Is it normal that i hate it when my in laws hold my baby?

I hate it when anyone holds/wants to hold my infant son, especially my husband's family. I hate taking my baby to visit them because the way the women in particular expect me to let them play pass the baby with him makes me angry. Is it normal that I don't want anyone except my husband touching or holding our son?

    I love my son but if others want to love him too, I let them. A baby can't get too much love.

    i think its normal especially if there has been some tension with his side of the family. I know when me and my hubby have kids i'll have issues with his family cause i don't want them trying to take over my baby...just my family lol

    I think it's somewhat normal. I don't have any kids but I almost started a family with my second ex husband and I didn't care for most of his family. I would, however, totally trust my parents if I had a newborn. I think it's natural to be jealous and protective of your newborn baby.
