Is it normal that i hate denim?

I used to love denim, with the exception being denim jackets. I always wore it and even now I wear it. The thing is is that as late, I have been growing to hate denim. I no longer like the look of it. Just about every pair of pants that are made from denim are difficult to distinguish from another pair. I hate the different types of fabric washes/stains. I hate them regardless of whether or not they have any tears in them. I especially hate the fact that no matter what, they are too fucking casual. Is this normal?

    The answer is simple: stop wearing it?!

    Reminds me of a comment made to me by a friend some years ago: that denim 'clashes with his personality'. Welcome to that world, I suppose.

    And, in the great scheme of things, it's not a big thing to worry about, is it? Try combat pants and tie-dyed cheesecloth for a while instead, eh?

      I barely have any other pants. The only other pants I have are corduroys but soon it will get to hot to wear. None of the pants I have properly fit anymore.

      I am open to using any other fabric, as long as it suits me.

    What the fuck?! Im not gonna say you HAVE to like it but what kind of pants do YOU were?!? Thats just like a person saying they dont like long sleeve. There arent much other choices that are fashionable ya know.

      Ironically, 3 of my pants are denim and 2 are corduroy. Barely any of them fit, but they are all that I have at the moment.

      There are other types of fabric alternatives:

      Latex (PVC)- Often used in Fetish communities as a form of attire.

      Leather (I am not very fond of these either)

      Corduroy

      Cotton

      Polyester

      Hemp

      Bamboo

      Silk

      Tweed

      Chino

      Camel Hair

      Wool
