Is it normal that i had this dream? what does it mean?

So, I was climbing in to a spaceship wearing a bikini (I'm a male by the way) and I had really sexy boobs. I then saw a giant lazer eyes and chocolate with a human centipede on it's back. I watched in horror as they pooped in each-others mouths then decided to join in.
A bear appeared out of no where as I was sharing poop, and started rubbing my boobs. We then had passionate sex and I had appeared back at the spaceship, realizing I was pregnant.
I then met Santa and we flew to the moon, making out among the stars. I gave birth on mars to a bear cub, and Santa stuffed it and sold it as a toy.
Angrily I forced him to drink my breast milk, then murdered him.

What the hell does this dream mean???
