Is it normal that i had one black strand in my naturally blond hair?

My hair is blond and I found one jet black random strand in my fringe line, IS this normal and what causes this ?

        Well I am 1/4 Irish, and have freckles, so does my dad, and my granny is ginger with freckles

          I'l let you in on a secret, I get a few ginger hairs in my beard and so do a lot of the guys I know. Can't say I have ever met anyone who is Asian Irish before though.
