A friend of mine also saved her first kiss until her 19 birthday. Her boyfriend had to wait 6 moths to get a quick peck on the lips, so yours is not a story I haven't heard before. I would call my friend crazy but that's because she's an overall freak. YOU are completely normal.

It's normal. If you want to classify a full blown make out session as a first kiss then my first kiss wasn't until I was 20. My friends would probably think I'm weird for that but I know it's fine...and YOU'RE fine.

You shouldn't be afraid about making out with your boyfriend, you have been together nine months. Heck, I believe at nine months, sex! But that's just me. work at your own pace, but don't be afraid to try new things with him.
