Today I went to a walk in doctors office because it has been burning when I pee. (And no, it isn't an STD, I'm sadly still a virgin). I had a female doctor, and she asked me some questions about my symptoms, and afterwards she asked me to lower my pants so she could look at my penis. I was incredibly embarrassed and I know my face had to have been bright red. It was also pretty embarrassing because my penis doesn't break an inch when flaccid. She then started asking questions while my penis was still in her fingers, and she pointed to certain spots asking where the pain was. She then had me turn around, keep in mind my pants were still down, and she felt my lower back where my kidneys are. I'm not sure why she didn't let me pull my pants back up when she did this, because it was quite uncomfortable having my bare butt exposed to her, and the bottom of her hands were touching my butt.

So my question is, is it normal that a female doctor did all of this stuff to me?

    Doctors see bodies as things they work with. They detach from the whole person thing. They're clinical.

    Completely normal, she's a doctor and you knew she was female before you went in. Next time, if you feel that uncomfortable with a trained professional examining you, you can always ask for someone of the same gender.

    Would you honestly have preferred to have a male doctor handle your penis? I wouldn't.

    Yes she is inspecting you... doesnt sound like she did anything unprofessional.
    I have had male doctors check me out... and once had him inspect my breasts for lumps... a female nurse was present tho for the boob inspection.

    If you are uncomfortable you can ask if a male doctor is available. .. or you can ask for a male nurse to also be in the room.

    When I go to the doctor I have no problem with him or the female nurse looking at my naked butt or vagina. Sometimes they spread my buttcheeks and they look at my butthole and other times they tell me to spread my butt open and sometimes they put their finger in my butt to check for things and it feels good to me. They check out my vagina but I have no problem with it. But for some weird reason I like when they check my butt.

    It is perfectly normal for a female doctor to inspect you penis. just like it is normal for a gynecologist to be male it is strictly medical and nothing else

    She was checking your kidneys to see if they were inflamed bro. She was probably seeing if you have a UTI or a kidney stone.
