I don't know why but when I was watching it I got horny. It's an awesome movie but horrible and disturbing. Maybe it was a coincidence but I'm not sure. I can't bring myself to think that seeing people sewn together form the anus to the mouth as a turn on though....

I'm not sure about it being 'normal' exactly, but you're certainly not alone. I think that movie is absolutely vile and completely pointless, though for some reason it it still really turns me on! Way I see it, so long as you don't actually try and reenact it (at least not with anyone non-consenting ;P ) then it's fine :) !
I'd say it's normal in a way. Maybe it's not the "Sewing mouth to anus" part of the film that attracts you, but something else you haven't yet discovered.
I can't quite say it's "normal" because not a lot of people would agree with you. However, I can't say it's "not normal" because it is normal for the mind to be attracted to weird things. As long as this stays a fantasy and you don't try to reinact those scenes, I think you're just fine.
