Is it normal, that i got a huge boner during my dot physical?

Some months back, I had to get a DOT physical for a new job. The doctor was a woman about 35-40 years old. No problem, I thought... just blood pressure check, listen to my heartbeat, tap my knee with a hammer, yadda yadda.
Well, the trouble began when she started feeling and pressing into my abdomen... her touch plus her voice (she was continually talking, telling me what she was doing) caused my penis to start erecting VERY noticeably and I couldn't stop it. So here I am with this big growing lump down there and she tells me to drop my trousers and underwear... I ask "is that necessary?" and she says it is. So here I am with my pants down and my now fully-erect penis in her face at eye level, while she does the hernia check.
Worst of all, by this time I have fluid dribbling out of my penis and she had to have noticed that. I actually dripped on the floor (embarrassing me half to death. I wanted to apologize but I was too mortified to speak at that point.)
I wonder if she thought I was some kind of pervert? Or should I have specifically requested a male doctor maybe?
ESPECIALLY the "dripping" - was that a sign of perversion or mental issues on my part or something???
