Is it normal that i go to sleep at ridiculous times in the morning?
So, just a quick one, doesn't bother me too much but I just wanna know.
I work from midday normally till 10pm at night. When I get home, I feel like ive done nothing I want in the day and chill out doing my own thing, smoke some spliff, watch tv, play Xbox, make some music, normal stuff. I normally only end up having 5-6hrs sleep!
However, im always going to bed at like 4/5am, sometimes 6am! Even if i tell myself to get into bed, i cant do it! I just dont feel tired. I have a long work day and get up quite early (11am :P).
Is this normal? Does anyone else do the same?
