Is it normal that i go bright bright red in the face about anything?

Since i've been little i've had an issue where i go bright red in the face not just pink but briiiiight red. But it's since i've gone to secondary school where i've noticed it more and more and noticing makes it worse. It happens about anything, when i'm embarrased, self concious, or when im just in a large group of people.Even when i see someone i know in the street. It's happening so muchr recently that i've started to think maybe i have a problem?
I know it is normal, but i need to know how to cope? It's damaging my confidence!

  • Most people will find you endearing - and you are just going to have to live with your feelings often being quite visible on your face. But you needn't be embarrassed. Anyone who would dislike that would just find something else to dislike anyway. And as I said, most people wouldn't care or would find it honest & charming.

Use it for a threat. ie. If my face turns red, you're a dead man...See could be helpful in a crisis.

  • Perfectly normal.

Is your skin constantly red? It could possibly be rosaescia (my spelling is a trainwreck I know.). But even if it is, it's still common.

this happens to me too! When i was in highschool my chest and face would get splotchy and red for no reason! I actually stopped wearing V neck shirts to school because of it. Now that im older it doesnt happen as often but it still does ocassionally. I read something about the blood vessels being closer to the surface of the skin, but ive never really found the source of it.

I'm the same way. People always tell me "you're turning bright red!" but if you just laugh about it then it makes it way less awkward! But I know, it completely sucks.

Girl: put some make-up on and carry on as if there was no red.

Boy: All you can do is not care that you get red. You'll probably stop getting so red after that
