Is it normal that i give excellent advice, but my own life is a mess?

I am not even going to try to be humble about it. I am awesome at giving other people advice. I am a friendly guy, so people usually open up to me and tell me all about their problems. I don't know why or how, but I usually have the best recomendations for every person. I have fixed relationships, brought together broken families, gave a great push to people's careers and many other things.

However... I am not able to get my own issues solved at all. I am kind of a loser. To begin, I haven't had any serious girlfriend in my life. I haven't even had sex many times either. My job sucks, but I am stuck in it because I have financial issues. And well, I have the worst relationship with my family.

I don't know, it just kind of surprises me that so many people rely on me when my life is such a mess.

So... is this normal?

Your terrible life is why you know how to give advice. Wisdom comes from experience. The people who experienced the worst are the wisest people you will ever meet.

So, what advice would you give yourself if you came to you for advice? Seriously, think about it.

    wisdom comes from the heart...
plus its always easier 2 fix other peoples problems compared 2 ur own. just ask urself questions and gives honest answers- or ask a close friend 4 help (or family member or both)

    XD

  • I have heard a lot of stories like this. Maybe people who have less success in their own lives are trying to compensate for it by helping people with their lives? I don't know.
