To clarify: This guy whom I am referring to is a guy I like, so maybe that's why...but it seems odd to just get wet and aroused from some guy touching/rubbing your shoulders and arms. Am I just weird, or...?
Well, you must be very sexually attracted to him. Or have a really high sex drive/libido?! I reckon sometimes this kind of thing can happen when a woman is most fertile... hear me out... most women's sex drives will be higher. Sometimes it doesn't take much. Whereas, other times of the month, you can have 'sexy thoughts' and have someone who you're really physically attracted to on a metaphorical plate in front of you and you feel nothing. Not one twinge of arousal. Sigh! Sometimes, as a woman, I swear I can't keep up with myself.
