Is it normal that i get turned on when i smell my knee?

Whenever I smell my knee I get turned turned on. Is this okay? Is this socially acceptable? Honestly, I don't know if it's just my general knee smell or if it's just the way my knee smells right now. Do I have a soap fetish?
