Is it normal that i get turned on just from body heat?

I have problems with touching people who I am not attracted to. For example hugging or sitting to close to them can turn me on sometimes even if I don't like them and it can happen with anyone. So I never want to be too close to anyone because I am afraid of getting turned on by everyone. I don't know why this happens and I don't know how to make it go away. Why does body heat turn me on and does it happen to anyone else?

    Are you going through puberty?
    Cause this is normal if you are.
    I'm older (28) and I think about having sex with practically every woman I come into contact with.
    There are exceptions; like my mom, dirty people, obese chicks, kids, and so on.
    Do some deep breathing exercises so that you can stay calm and collected.

    I think its normal. You're hormones are probably just more heightened than most.
