Is it normal that i get turned on by picturing girls laughing at me?

I know that this fetish itself is fairly common, but there wasn't enough room in the title box to give the real question. Yes it involves girls making fun of and laughing at me, but what I'm wondering about is the fact that there seems to be no real "sexual" content, in fact the girls may be fully clothed in just regular clothing (most commonly denim though, such as skinny jeans and a tee shirt or maybe a skirt or something)and that in my particular case the humiliation seems to be heightened by fantasizing about girls from elementary to highschool age. No sex in the fantasies, no exposure, just the though of the girl(s) sticking their tongues out, smirking, pointing at me and laughing, whispering to each other, making snide remarks, basically treating me like a complete joke. Sometimes there is the occasional added "blackmail" that if I try to tell anyone how they treat me they won't believe me, and the girls will somehow "get me in trouble" by telling some authority figure or another that I stared at or said something to them, or did SOMETHING anyway, so I have no choice but to let them get away with it. But this isn't all the time, and the fantasy doesn't involve it being either true or a lie, but just what they use against me. Also their claim isn't "specific", but just something that they can hold over me. The humiliation seems to come from being so much older, mature, and capable then a weak young girl, yet still being able to do nothing at all to stop them. Is this at all a normal fetish?
