    It could be a number of things:
    1) you need to try a different position... standing up makes it more difficult.
    2) you need to be more stimulated (use visuals, your own thoughts and so on)
    3) a blood pressure problem can make it so you can't finish, do you get sweaty or get head/muscle pain during?

    It's a pretty normal thing and there's a solution.
