Is it normal that i get this weird feeling and can control my pupils?

Okay ever since I was a little kid I could do this thing ( and bear with me I really can't describe it ) I can control the feeling and it kinda makes me shake. I feel it in my chest,mostly. But also in my head. I watched it in the mirror once, and when I do it, it makes my pupils in my eyes get huge! I've been curious about it my whole life, is it normal?

    I completely get what you are talking about. I can do the same thing, it starts in like my hips and then I can get my whole body to have this weird almost tingling like sensation, I have no fuggin Idea what it is, and the only reason I found this was because I was trying to look it up.
