I get that too. It just means that you're ovulating.

if its a week before than it is cuased by your period , generally women will expireince pains or discomfort or issues liek that a week or two after or before your period starts aswell its still part of your period do not worry .

If its really bad, like to the point of bringing you to tears, it could be ovarian cysts.

It probably is your period. Some women get symptoms right before the period. So that might be it.

Isn't this a question you should be asking your doctor or healthcare practiioner about? Its not a matter of opion, its your health. Non of us here are qualified to give a good medical answer. Could be ovulation or it could be something else entirely. So if its bothering you this much. Seek profesional help.

It happens to me too and I hate it. It could be an ovarian cyst, but it would probably hurt constantly. If it hurts for just a few days once a month before your period it's because you've just dropped an egg. It sounds nasty put that way but that's really what is happening.

This is either ovulation which usually occurs around 2 weeks before your period, or your corpus leutum cyst that developes after you have ovulated. It develops on the follicle that releases the egg and releases hormones like progesterone and LH. It can hurt like a cramp sometimes. It desintegrates on its own after 2 weeks which stops the flow of hormones and begins your period.

My ex had this, and it ended up being cysts. I am not very experienced in this matter though so I dunno.

If it's before your period, chances are that it's a coming sign of your period or it could mean constipation. See a doctor if it worries you.

    Sounds like a cyst.

If it is on either or both sides it is not the appendix. Your appendix is on your right side on the front of your body near your hip bone/pubic area.
