Is it normal that i get sick when i don't eat specific foods?
I've been very selective with my diet lately and mostly stick to salads and breads. It helped me lose about 10 lbs which is good because it was extra weight I had gained.
But now if I have a splurge day and go get fast food or have chips or something I feel sick for the entire next day. Years ago when I was really overweight I could eat all of this no problem. Now it seems like if I eat anything but light foods like salads or light sandwiches, I get sick.
Whenever I go out, I always see people chowing down on foods like this - big burgers and fries, pizza, etc, and I think to myself, "How can they eat that stuff without getting sick?"
There are only a few very specific places that I feel comfortable eating when I'm not preparing my own food.
