People deal with anger in different ways. Women tend to internalize anger, thus becoming saddened. Men tend to explode. People who internalize anger tend to think about it longer than those who simply express it and the jumble of thoughts that ensues leads the person to a misanthropic view of the world, saddening them.
Ask yourself: Does internalizing this anger make or better or worse for me? who can I talk to improve thte situation?
It is just the way you handle things it is ok. Just make sure you have a way to let the feelngs out so they dont become all bottled up
i tend to internalize anger too, but its important to have an outlet to discuss your feelings.
Yeah, some people internalise anger, some people externalise it. I'm the same as you. If people do things that should make me angry, I instead feel sorry that I have to live in a world that has spawned such ugly wastes of DNA.
