Is it normal that i get sad if i don't interact with a girl every 2 days?

18 year old boy. If I don't talk with or hang out with a girl at least once every 48 hours or 2 days, I start feeling super lonely and upset about myself.

Other information:
I get 5-6 hours of sleep each night because of insomnia.
Abstaining from porn for at least 1 month.
Extroverted.

    I know it's easier said than done but you need to be able to be responsible for your own happiness rather than relying on other people for it
